Partial eclipse of the Sun seen by Proba-2’s main SWAP
On June 1st, a partial eclipse of the Sun became visible across northern latitudes - and also from Earth orbit. Between 2040 and 2246 GMT, ESA’s Proba-2 micro-satellite twice crossed the path of the lunar shadow to return views of the partial solar eclipse.
